Order shipment will be confirmed via e-mail. All orders have a 30 day money back guarantee. All
items are usually in stock. In the rare case of a back ordered item, it will be shipped the day North
Coast Volleyball is restocked, generally within 1 week.
Orders sent via GROUND will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 4-7 days of
reception. Packages are shipped via PRIORITY MAIL and are delivered from the post office within 2-3
business days to most areas.
All NEXT DAY AIR orders must be placed by 1pm EST the day prior to expected delivery date. Any
NEXT DAY AIR order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following
business day. Note: Not all NEXT DAY AIR orders are guaranteed next day by the post office. 2nd
day delivery may be due to the area of delivery.
